Question Jason's Email Address

After reading so many endorsement about Jason's 6000k HID kit, I sent an email to order a HID kit from him. However, he hasn't responded back yet. How long is the normal waiting time to receive his answer via email, and is this the right email address : discountcycle@ureach.com ?

Thanks,

Ching-Ho Cheng

Yup. He is a busy guy and sometimes takes awhile to get back to people.

Very busy guy who doesn't have time to answer emails. Everytime he reponded, he would say that he is out of the KITS. You tell him you are interested and he will tell you at the end of the month he will get them. One week before the end of the month, you email him to remind him and he will tell you they are sold out.

As a result of this I said screw it. I found my own source who I call whenever I need anything instead of the runaround....

Thanks for the response. I just got a response form him saying that he will have the kit next week. I will send him email next week then. If he still doesn't have the kit, I will try auto-lamp.com. I heard that the kit from auto-lamps.com is to connect the 12V directly from the battery instead of to the 9006 headlight connector. That may be a better approach in the long run.

My friend has the autolamps kit and it still hooks up to the 9006 plug. I think it gets power from the battery though.

I believe that the 9006 plug hook up is used to trigger the relay to ignite the lamps. Power from the battery via the relay and goes into the ballasts. The 9066 plug is now acting as a control voltage rather than the power supply voltage to the bulbs.

Just got an email from Jason saying that 6000K HID is in. I sent the payment to him via paypal. He shipped the kit to me immediately via USPS !!!!
Next thing to do is to get some vacation time to install the HID kit after I receive it.

rominl,

You are right, I only need 2 hours for the HID kit installation. I also need a couple days (take it very easy) to replace the front struts to Bilstein and auto-dim rearview mirror in my Volvo 850. I almost forget to have the car re-align after the strut replacement, that will take several hours in NTB.

Thanks,

Ching-Ho Cheng

Received the HID kit last night!!! 2 days USPS priority shipping, very fast service.

I understand that the kit comes with 1 year warranty, what is the expected bulb life time of the upgrade kit ? Can we buy bulb from Jason after 1 year warranty ? The kit that sell by hid4less.com expected to have 3000 hours of lifetime. They do sell bulbs as the Autolamps.com.

Thanks,

Ching-Ho Cheng
