DRL on without Auto headlight switch on

2014 IS350, is there a setting where the DRL will stay on without having to leave the setting in the AUTO position?

The only thing I have been able to do so far is turn down the auto headlamp sensitivity. Driving at pure dusk and the headlights stay off, pretty nice look IMHO.
