Where can you install LED Bulbs on the IS300 ?
Is the High Beam Bulb the same as the Daytime running Light? If so, if you purchase a 3800K or 4000K bulb would it effect the Daytime running Lights?

led? depends on where you want. some people do the side markers i know
yes, the DRL is the high beam at 50%. even if you put superwhite in there, during the day time it will still be quite yellow

well i never dealt with leds so i am not 100%, but i believe they make leds with the same base so it's like a direct swap? at the most you can always change out the inside harness easily
