Differences Between These Yellow Fog Light Bulbs?
Whats up my fellow CL members, I've been searching around for some yellow fog light bulbs to put into my clear fog lamps.
So far, I found three different types, I hope someone here has personally bought one of these and if you could please tell me how they looked like.
1) Narva Gold (never heard of these but I saw it on the net)
2) PIAA Ion Crystal
3) PIAA Ion Yellow 2300k
What are the difference between #2 and #3? Piaa says they are both yellow bulbs
Max Gold was good but it fades too quickly.
The most important thing for me is the color, I want a deep/bright yellow.

dieselman63,
what's up buddy long time no talk. I have the PIAA Ion Crystals on my Expedition...they are the yellow you want, but from certain angles they look like they are white. Kind of hard to describe, but on my truck, if you are up close and looking down on the lights they are more white, but at a distance they are the yellowest of yellow...provide great contrast for dark roads and fog. Don't know about the 2300K's I'm guessing those are for the wedge bulbs where Ion crystal may be too expensive.
