The sticker lists under "STANDARD EQUIPMENT" Multi-Reflector Headlamps w/ Integrated Foglamps,
under "INSTALLED OPTIONS" it lists High Intensity Discahrge Headlamps (HID) with Auto Leveling.......$640.00.
All the ES's on the lot had this option installed. The salesman said it was one of those standard options.
True, the rain sensing wipers only come with HID option. But you don't have to have the Nav system to get the HID/wipers. (pg 47 or the 2003 ES300 brochure)
However, if I wanted the Mark Levinson sound system....now that only comes with the nav system.
It may be that that dealership only had HID/wipers setups on the ES's they had that had the NAV systems. So from that dealership you may only be able to get HID and NAV together.

that could be the case. i mean for example, on the is300, supposedly you can get is300 5 speed with no spoiler, or the graphite wheels. but almost in all the cases they through those stuff in to make the price competitive with the auto
