How many forum members does it take to change a light bulb?

A forum newbie opens a thread and asks how to change a light bulb.

10 minutes later an experienced forum member posts detailed instructions.
1 member mentions the CL search engine.
1 Moderator welcomes the Newbie, and concurs that the search engine is the way to go...and please turn off your caps lock.
5 members post their similar experiences changing light bulbs.
7 members report on other methods for changing light bulbs.
1 member posts a flame, making the newbie wonder why he posted.
2 members post smilies.
1 member posts LOL.
1 member posts the Special Olympics Retard graphic.
3 members suggest that the posters read the light bulb FAQ.
5 members point out old threads that have already handled this topic.
1 Newbie says thanks for all the help, but he's just going to take it to a light bulb shop and have it done by a professional.
3 members point out the typos and grammar mistakes in the light bulb posts.
3 members are upset about the grammar experts.
1 Moderator posts that this is not the right forum for discussing light bulbs and the thread is moved.
10 members defend the thread, since we all use light bulbs and this thread therefore belongs in this forum.
1 member starts a new thread complaining about moving threads.
1 Moderator moves that complaint thread to the Site Suggestions and/or Problems forum.

1 member tells an off-color joke about a guy, a light bulb and an emergency room.

Actually, I think that it’s so accurate that it’s almost scary – if you went back and viewed a lot of threads through the prism of the “101 members” description, there’ll be a high hit rate on matches!

Obviously, after reading so many threads/posts, Daddy-O recognized the patterns and compiled them (somewhat tongue in cheek)!

BTW Daddy-O, you misspelled “#@^%$#%$”.

I was probably made fun of the most there, and I honestly couldn't care less about it.

Some types of personal attacks are sanctioned here and some aren't. I guess it's all about tact...
