Default 9006 SB or HO?

Want to update the lights (bulbs only). The auto parts store has both 9006 SB which appear to be the blue tint and HO which say super white. Which is better?

The HO's would probably be the better choice since the blue tint will reduce light output.

I believe the SB and HO are designations coined by the marketing department at Philips to stand for Super Blue and High Output.
The SB have slight blue coating to filter out some of the yellowish-orange light, while the HO have a gas mix that makes the bulb slightly brighter in trade for a slight reduction in operating lifespan.

Appreciate the help on the lights. Will go with the HO's and post how much they improved over the OEM's.
