I meant what kind of Head lights do you have. Is it the Philips Ultinons 6000k HID conversion?

 

Yea i believe LXO has the Philips Ultinons 6000k HID Kit

You cant go wrong with these 6K HID's, installed them in my car about 2 months ago, ill never go back to regular lights again

 

Anybody try the inexpensive 9006 Yellow/Gold Ion by APC? American Products Company
It think the bulbs are like $12.00 each. Just a thought....haven't seen the output. I think Ebay gotta hand full of ones by JDM in Japan....ETC 80/100 output

 

This is amazing. This TOPIC that i posted is so OLD that I have actually moved from NY to Cali during this time.

I havent been on the boards that much... anyways If i havent said that yet, I ended up getting the YELLOW PIAA 9006. Very nice for the money but nothinfg like the real YELLOW FOGS that come with the HID equipped GS's. OK. ... last week I got CATZ HID's (AQUA WHITE) for my car...NICE!!! I ended up paying $700 installed at a COOL car tune up shope here in SOCAL. (They had a FERRARI 355, BMW 3 and a 911 turbo parked in the shop.).....sorry off topic...

I wanted to get the REAL YELLOW FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY for my blk 99 GS300 so i called CARSON TOYOTA last week and I am waiting to get my pair in the mail which i paid... GET THIS!!!! $175 Shipped!!!!!

I could not blv it... I was once quoted for $400 for a pair in LONG ISLAND, NY..... Cant wait to get them and put them in,,,,,, I will post PICS.

Ok here it is.....although i JUSt installed the YELLOWS and its daylight and cant really see the diffrence but im sure u got the idea..maybe i'll post 2 more pics at night time.



In the first pic on the left is the PIAA 9006 ION YELLOW BULB and on the right is the REAL Fog light with yellow housing i just got from dealer.

Second pic is just a close up of the CATZ 6000K hid and the NEW fog lights.

i think the best yellow you can get are "JDM Yellow" bulbs from Luminicsbulbs.com
here is a picture of them on my headlight, compared to the factory yellow fog in my sig.
and this is during the day!!

Nokya, Luminicsbulbs.com, MTEC, or any others i missed?

 

the mtec yellow bulbs are not very yellow at all imo.
its more white, but at certain angles, they are yellow.

the nokya yellows are pretty nice, but not as vibrant a
yellow as the Luminics. so out of those 3 i choose the
luminics.

i have not seen the PIAAs tho, so i cant comment on those.

 

I have the PIAA's, I don't like to repost but I guess it's not that big of a deal. PIAA Ion Crystal Yellow 9006's behind an RX300 clear lens. The light output is great and it looks sweet at night.
