Default HID high beam in RX 330 and HID for fog lights

Hello,I have 04 rx330 with low beam hid,I want to match the 6000k low beam on the high beam, will it work ,,some person mentioned it will take longer time for the hid on the highbeam to warm up and emmits light if you are using the high beam just for a very short period,,please your input.
For the fogs,is it easy to install or you have to take out the bumper cover,I am thinking to use 3000k on it.

Fogs are easy to install, just turn the wheel all the way to the right to work on the drivers side and vice verse. Remove the wheel well lining and there you go. As for the HID high beams: yes, they do take a few moments to come on, but when they do, they are BRIGHT as heck. If you live in a suburban area with a lot of street lighting then I wouldn't recommend HID hi beams, but if you live in a place with scarce street lighting the HID high beams work wonderfully.

TLDR; HID high beams are a bad idea for just short bursts
