So when i bought my 2002 is300 it already came with HIDs. I wanna change it to a 6000k white HID. DO i need a new kit? or can i just get the bulb and switch out my old bulbs to the 6000k?

Yup alan003 is correct. I think pretty much all you will need is the bulbs.
