Found a web site called ProCarParts. They happen to sell aftermarket Altezza tail lights and they have them for the RX300's and will fit the 99 and 2000 models. Their web site is www.procarparts.com. They sell the set with wire harness for $179.00. Has any body delt with them? Those lights sure look like factory 2001 lights. Sent them Email to find out level of difficulty to install and more info about the wire harness.
Sorry, missed the threads referring to CarProParts and it's tail lights as I was computerless for 6 weeks. Excuse me for bringing "OLD NEWS" to the members attention, I thought I was sharing new information.
Hey, thanks Nick...the past couple of weeks, I wasn't exactly in a helpful mood. I was in a "Human Torch wanna burn somebody's ***" mood. Well, that's all done and I guess I'm compensating.
I'm ordering these Altezza lights today, but got a question: any clarification on the problems with lights not being as bright on the inside? Did changing bulbs help?

I bought my taillights (no instruction too) from dealer almost 2 years ago. The wiring was not the same as my 99’ RX. I used my original wiring instead of 01’ wiring. The installation was easy but time consuming for me. I suppose Altezza taillights design is the same. Good luck.
I bought the Altezzas from Pro Car parts a few months back for my 1999 Rx300. They were pretty simple to install, but they do not send any instructions with the lights. They look great!
Can somebody answer RX300wannabeIS300's question of whether changing the bulbs on the inner lights made a difference? I am really interested in these lights as well.
