head light comes on..then goes off!

Default how to tell if ballast or bulb is bad (hid)

last night noticed one of my low beams was out...turn the switch off,then back on they both come on then the one that was out goes back off....will do this every time...do I need to replace the bulb..or is it the ballast?....and if its the bulb whats the best place/price for one set wanna change to 6000k

ok so I took the bulb out..the bulb has a little bubble inside of it thas has some white residue inside of it( this is my first time with hid lights) so is this the way it should look...or is it blown???

ok...so I swapped the bulbs around...and the one in the pic above was bad...now get to upgrade to the 6000k!

this happened to me a month ago. its the bulb. replace it and avoid 4300k. they're more yellow than blue. i'm "upgrading" to 6000k this week. good luck
