Default Is 250 foglight problem

Ive been on CL for a while but never actually posted anything so this is my first post. i had just installed 3000k hid bulbs for my fogs and noticed my passenger side was brighter then the other. So i switched the bulbs over thinking that was the problem but the passenger side was still brighter. so i decided to switch the ballast over but the its still the same. Anyone have an idea why. thanks

your driver side is suppose to be darker so it doesn't blind oncoming cars. whereas if you had a RHD car, the reverse would be true. it all depends on what side of the road you drive.

rule is lights on driver side is always darker so cars going the other way aren't blinded.
