High Beam projector retrofit Q's?
I am the owner of a Second Gen GS300 and am thinking about doing a retrofit to my headlights and i know that most people use Q45 gatling gun projectors for them or LS430 projectors for the low beams however i have seen some people do retro fits to their high beams as well and i was curious it if it worth while and if so what projectors you have seen people use. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks..
P.S. pics would be a plus as well..

is it worth while, not really, its all for show. I have seen cars with high beam projectors and they make no difference. Projectors are good for focusing the light and giving it a clear cut off line, when you dont need either then reflectors are good enough.

yea yea it's not really that useful...considering the on/off nature of high beam use will wear out the bulbs and ballasts quicker...add to that, the housing for a GS is big enough that you can use bi-xenons...dual high beams hahahaha that would be awesome

You can always use halogen projectors for the high beams - like Acura MDX's. There are some BMW projectors that work quite well, too. You could even put in the Valeo halogen high beam projectors, although they're pretty big. This way you woould not have to worry about HID's in the high beams - I have LS430's in the lows and Acura MDX halogen projectors in the highs - looks great and works well. The MDX's are inverted for high beam use.
