Has anyone done this... I have hid's in my fog lamps. Is there a way to have them on with parking lights and the low beams off?? Because the fogs won't come on until the low beams come on. Would like to have the fogs w/ parking light on while driving around.

The DRL'S are on....that's a reflection on the low beam from the flash.

You can add a relay and have a separate switch to turn the foglights on and off.

I did this, and I love it. Its about a 6 on a 1-10 scale.

just t-tap the red wire to your parking light positive wire. But I would not recommend this because everytime you arm/disarm your car, this would cause the HIDs to flicker.

 

or you can just re direct your fog light wire from the fog light switch to a main power source. because the source of its power is from your headlights and its being regulate by that and the relay.
