Ok so i put in an hid fog light kit and low beam hid kit. On the fog lights i put a plug and play relay kit. The fogs are a yellow bulb iam not sure what kelvin they are. So ive had the for about 6 months no problem and now iam having a problem with the drivers side fog light, some times it comes on and some times it flikers like its going to come on then it shuts off. So i just want to know is this a bad bulb (or do they even come on when there blown) or is this the ballast. Also i checked the gounds they seem to be ok.
