How to turn on the day time running light on my LS400 UCF20

Please guys help!

 

that's not the DRL.
the DRL is the high beam bulb running at half power.
what year celsior?

 

PD thanks, i already searched in google and this forums ..nothing usefull.
I want to enable DRL in my LS400 model 2000, american specs LS.

if it's a US spec '00 it should have drl enabled from factory. make sure the high beam bulbs work, if not, replace them.

 

My High beam's bulb are working XD
The day time light is disable.

PD do you know what else do i have to check ....wires, fuse or something?

 

qewani1, is there a label on the fuse box lid in the engine compartment like this one? The label on my 2000 LS400 shows one fuse and one relay for DRL.

I was under the impression that it took more than pulling this fuse and relay to disable DRL.

 

i thought you had a euro-spec or jdm car?

 

I checked the DRL fuse and its not blown , its ok.

i have just checked this Relay, relay's pins are ok.


any way PD & Kansas i had attached a PDF file from the repair manual part of "Body Electrical" which shows 3 more DRL relay one which is main drl relay is placed in passenger' s side & other 2 relays placed in downside of the driver side headlight.
"File is attached"

 

The DRL relay which comes downside the headlight seems ok...btw i didn't checked them with Volt meter yet, because i don't have one LOL! no other way to test these relays?

The main DRL relay is aboard something like

maybe i must reprogram the main DRL board. how?
