Default HID Fog light fuse blown

This is the second time already that my fog light fuse blown. Does anyone have the same issue?
At first I thought Lexus fuse was easy to blown, but aftermarket did the same.

ummmmmmmm- do you have a harness like this?

if so - maybe your ballast is bad? maybe your fuse holder is warped? maybe the relay is corroded?

i suspect you have a faulty ballast. lemme know if you need help if the company you purchased it from wont' help you out. i may have some used ones sitting around that i can send over for cheap. or if you want to buy one that's fine.

Thanks Cliffud for the offer. My ballast looks fine after replacing the fuse. I believe my car's fuse blown because I turn on the engine when lights are on. When the start of my car the power drawn to start my car, when finished it caused a surge to my fog light and the fuse blown... just my thought. I tried now with my headlight off and start the car, the fuse remained and fog light works fine!
