Ok... did the usual,... bought some Xenon Depot 6500K kits. Got them installed,... to which they look badazz,... but one install confirmation for those who are looking to do it in the future. The base for the 9006 does NOT fit perfectly and requires modification. We chose to cut the harness off of both ends ( kit / stock headlamp ) and butt connected them, which solved the problem of not getting power from stock harness to power up the ballast.


The look killer in the day... sooooo I already know it's gonna be fresh to death at night!!!

 

I didn't take pics of the install,.... i'll probably take some night shots of the light output... they are super bright!!! I'm glad I did this mod... can see now.

What's ridiculous is, my 99 RX300 light output dwarfs my 06 GS300's light output... no comparison.
