Any better projectors out there? I'm still trying to decide on the 460 and 430.

Well if we are talking low beam single xenon projector, the two top dogs are AP1 S2K, and LS430.

Pros
LS430 - Ultimate width/evenly dispersed output.
AP1 S2K - Ultimate intensity/distance/cutoff

Cons
LS430 - Size, it's freaking huge depth/height/width. (Not a problem for 2GS)
AP1 S2K - Price, Mounting points are barely there/fat bowl.

A newcomer to the ring would be the hybrid RX330 projector with a clear lens, and custom shield. After all the mods, it still only costs about half that of the S2K, and it mimics the output/cutoff quite well.

To fill the 2GS's headlight arena, I would recommend buying my LS460's, and retrofitting them in. If I didn't have LS460's for sale, I would say do whatever makes you happy, and do your homework!

My vote is for LS430...

 

i see some of you do have projectors in the high beams as well what did you use for those?

 

had the LS430 before but switched to running LS460 and FX in the high beam right now. The 430 is wider but i prefer the 460 since i think the projector looks better.
