Is Vleds on this forum?
Last month I purchased the new 3 watt DRL bulbs for my IS 350. Last week, I noticed that the driver side bulb had gone out. To make sure that it was the bulb and not the car that was damaged, I installed my OEM bulb and it lit right up. Well, I emailed them last week, and have not heard back from them. This is not cool, I paid over fifty bucks for these bulbs. What should I do now?

That's weird, I ordered all my interior LED's from them and had a defective cluster in the dome light and received a very prompt reply and once I retested it and told them it was definitely the bulb I received a replacement shipped the next day no more questions asked. I was very impressed with their customer service. I'd try e-mailing them again, I hope you can get some kind of resolution.
Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures of my DRLs during the day. But, if it is a bright and sunny day, you really can't see them.
Thanks for the link Suicidesam.
I will try to email them again.

I ordered some lights from vleds also and they have not replyed to any of my emails either. Some were bad and also the other ones did not fit my houseing so i was asking for an exchange and no replys at all. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered from vleds last week and they have'nt even shipped them yet according to their website and I've emailed them 3 times no w/NO response. I'm going to call my credit card co. and stop payment then call the BBB up in seattle (closest to VLEDS)...I absolutely will never do business w/them again. This is far from over..like I'm gonna go away and let them keep my$???
I've e-mailed them before, too. They're pretty knowledgeable about their products, yet my last e-mail has stayed unanswered for a good lengthy time now.
I also noticed that they were doing some revamping to their website yesterday around midday — I'm not sure how long that's been going on. It may have had something to do with credit card processing. In that case, they should have e-mailed you about it instantly, though perhaps all your data was lost (your entire order).
I would say either e-mail them again if you haven't received anything today, or PM VLEDS on the forum. It says their last activity was yesterday at 1:49PM EST.
Aside from these recent incidents you three are referring to, I don't think I've heard a single complaint outside of "these wideangle LEDs aren't as bright as I thought they'd be." V-LEDs is quite a reputable place, so hopefully this doesn't tarnish their name. The honorable thing for them to do in this case is to reach some sort of an agreement with the customer: either a full refund, waive all of the fees for their LEDs aside from shipping, etc. (something reasonable)
