Does anyone know how different are a 93 LS dome light and a 93 SC dome light? I am lousy noticing details and they seem the same to me in pictures.

ok....was reading and saw something about circuit boards for the LEDs. im wanting to switch mine over to these and would like a total parts list and the best place to order from. Saw one guy mention v-leds.com and thats prolly where i would order from. im not a very skilled person with cars, but am trying to do my own stuff.

I just brought a 95 sc300, (with 133k on it). I found this thread and have been trying to change out my burned out dome lights. I tried to pry off with a screw driver like said in the opening of this thread, but can't find a groove in the plastic cover on the drivers side farthest from the windshield. I'm afraid of breaking it, but wanted someone to confirm is this the only way to take it off?
Never mind, I was trying to take off the whole assembly like on my old Q45!
Stupid me I got it now!

 

Bumping this up, wasent there a thread on how to change out the bulb in the climate control and the temp/volume buttons on the dash ???

 

what hids are you using for your headlights ive been having problems trying to find some lights that are jus white,but i want them to be like 2012 lexus white or audi white..please need help thank you

replying to an old thread, cause I can't find the answer. On my '99 SC400, the PO had put in super bright LED lights in the dome and map. I honestly didn't like them. So I went and bought regular bulbs. I put in the dome light just fine.






But the map lights I cannot seem to find what size they are at Autozone. I bought the ones listed on the first post here but they're not correct. The bulb looks to be a regular bulb, the size I bought are festoon base.

What bulb goes in the map area?

Found the bulbs at a local OReiley - two minute swap.
