I am personally not convinced on the ebay retros. If you do some research, you will find alot of help with doing your own retrofit. It really isn't that hard, and there is so many helpful people on this site and at hidplanet. Give it a shot.

There are a couple threads on those eBay lights. Personaly, I wouldnt get them. Its all about the projector in the retro. Those projectors are not at the top of the pack. Doing a retro is not that hard at all. It just takes time. Just get a spare set of lights and give it a try. If it works, awesome. If not, well you gave it a try and at least learned what not to do next time.

So I took some pictures tonight comparing my LS430 w/TSX lens projector to a stock LS430 projector. There seems to be more foreground lighting in the stock setup but they do seem close to me. Also remember the stock LS430's do not have any headlight lens in front of them. They are just the bare projector.

Let me know what you guys think.

Wow, alot of you guys w/ GS's are taking advantage of the huge space you have in there. It's nice to see the LS love. The LS is definatly a great projector, and like everybody else said, it should be left stock.

I gotta jump in to show my contribution to the LS retros. You've seen it in GS's many times, now here's it is on the IS.

Kipod, great pictures and the set up looks awesome now. Check my post on HIDp about the aligning of bowl light with light from the lens it clearly is better aligned with stock projector. Also notice in the first two pictures how you have more light towards the left.

URDONE, defiantly at least one more GS/LS430 retro , i am just debating as to what bulbs/ballast to go with, check out my posts in the pictures section at HIDp about D4S bulbs and 85122+.
