Default Which D4s Bulb Should I Go With?

I want to change my stock HIDs to 6000K and im not sure which website i should order them from. Im kind of skeptical about the ones from ijdmtoy.com since they are only $100. Are they cheap quality? Should i just go with the ones from xenonvalot.com?? Also, does Philips make a d4s 6000K bulb? I dont want to encounter any problems with my headlights down the road.

Also, what is the best 6000K HID fog kit you guys recommend which is around the $200-$300 price range?

And finally, what parking light LEDs or bulbs would match best with the 6000K HIDs? I was thinking of going with the ones from v-leds.com but im not sure if they will match the color of the HIDs.

Thanks for your time and help in advance.

1) Philips does not make 6000k D4S bulbs (yet)...the highest temp they make so far are 4300k and 4800K
2) I'm preety sure the xenonvalot bulbs are made in Taiwan or Japan....i forgot what they told me when I emailed them
3) I'm planning to get the xenon depot kit 6000k for my fogs....its a bit expensive but I'm looking for quality (Philips made) so I don't have alot of problems then buying cheap and having my kit die on me a short time later...If you're considering up to $300, I think you should save up maybe and get quality/reliable products
4) There are so many threads regarding what matches 6000k hid...here are a few.....and I think the 5led refractor (white) matches best:
