Default weird headlight cutoff line.

hey guys so i've had this problem since i got my car.. just wondering if any of you guys had this problem.. well here is a picture of my cut off line:

here is a picture of the headlight itself:

here is where i covered my headlight:

and here is the light with my hand blocking part of the headlight:

lol its pretty weird when i drive at night.. my left headlight lights up trees, 2nd story windows, fwy signs, etc.. lol.. but then i really have to admit that the stock projector cut off line is pretty nice and even.. just gotta find a way to fix that little spot that comes off out of nowhere.. any ideas? hopefully there is a cheap alternative to replacing the whole headlight..

If i had to guess i would say it's the lens that resides in the headlight assembly, it might be defective, reflecting the light in that weird direction.

might try replacing it?????? just a guess

I was thinking it might be some weird reflection in the projector, but I have no clue. I still have the same problem and it looks exact like that!

my problem is how the bulb lines up.. when i screw in the bulb in the hole to the headlight, it is stuck pointed in a weird direction.. i can adjust it so that it has a perfect cutoff line, but then the bulb will be loose and will be bouncing around.. and i wouldnt want that.. scratching up my bulbs and all that.
