Default UCF21 Headlight Aiming

I have a '98 LS400 equipped with HIDs but the passenger side headlight's autolevel is messed up. Whenever I turn the car on, it tilts down, shakes against the housing, then goes up. In addition to that, my headlight is uneven. Passenger's side headlight is way too low while the driver's side headlight is at the normal height. What gives? Is there a way to manually adjust the level? I don't have my manual with me so I can't check and there's no DIY for headlight aiming for the UCF21. Thanks.

I'm using the left side headlight just as a reference. Problem is on the right. Here's the back of the housing and I don't see any screw for the horizontal aim.. I believe there's only the vertical aim. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Here's a close up of the only two scews I found:

it's also in the owner's manual. you won't get them perfect because as you mentioned, the autoleveling motor (or internal mount for the motor) is broken.

thanks for the info. fixed it now even though the motor is still a bit messed up. just recently put hids into the fog housing and whenever i engage the turn signals, the lights flicker for one second then turns back on instantly. when finishing the turn the lights flicker then come back on again. any ideas?

bad ground, run the new hid kit on a relay harness.
