hi i currently bought an is300 and all i could say is i really enjoyed it a lot. have for alomost 3 weeks now and i'm slowly putting some up grades. i'll post some pics soon when i get a chance. i have been reading in clublexus once i got my is300 and decided to join. anyway about the lighting question. i was wondering what kind of bulb do you replace. the one that is still turned on eventhough your headlight is off. it is turned on even on the day. i think the bulbs that i have are yellow and i was thinking of changing it to super white or something. any helpful information would be appreciated. i'm also thinking of changing the bulb of the front turn signal. the bulbs are orange and i was thinking of blue or super white. what do you guys suggest. basically i am lookign for 2 kinds of bulbs.1.) the one that is turned on eventhough your headlight is off and 2.) front signal bulbs.

iirc, the DRL in the 1IS is just your high beams on at 50% power. so just find a pair of silverstars of PIAA plasmas in 9005. (i think)

 

any links for the bulbs you are telling me sorry because i somehow get confused to bulbs.
