Full Polarg bulbs in 2GS *Pics*
I've been meaning to take pictures since a few people have asked for them, but didn't have time so I just went outside and took quick pics of my car. It's just for reference to give you an idea of what they look like.

The bulbs are regular wedge bulbs like a normal bulb. The bulb is actually pointing down towards the ground. This is why I prefer regular bulbs to LED because of the wide light dispersion. LEDs are limited in dispersion, but i've been seeing many designs that are improving (aka Wide angle led).

So, where can we purchase these bulbs and how much did they set you back? Would like to do the same for my GS400.
Where are you located? (2) wedge bulbs costs $8.50 or so at Super Autobac. My honda dealer also has them for $8.95 per pack. The M16 (map light) you'll have to buy it online as I haven't seen a place where they sell it. (2) festoon (m17) are $12.50, but you only need one.
Its well worth the cost for me.

You say the bulb is pointing towards the ground. Is that because the bulb is L-shaped or is it because Lexus' licence plate lights housing actually faces the bulbs towards the ground? The ones on mine are facing backwards so it's not as bright since most of the light is just shining on a piece of plastic rather than towards the plate. I hope that made sense.
Where else can I buy it.. say in WA or up north in BC
