Default headlight alignment problems?

Just noticed my passenge side HID beam is higher than the beam on my driver's side by as much as a foot... This is when shot at the garage about 10-15 feet away.

Anyone else notice problems? Wonder how easily these things can become misaligned?

The passenger side light is always going to be aimed higher than the driver's side. The driver's side is lower so as not to blind oncoming drivers.

Having said that, it's a simple procedure to check the aim of the lights, so if you're worried about it, take it to the dealer.

that's normal, driver side hedalights shoot a bit lower than passenger side to avoid glare at oncoming traffic. that's the case on all cars (even with hid)
