Where is the best place I can get good new ballasts for a good price? My HID come on intermittently, sometimes they come on and sometimes I need to turn my headlights on a few times before they fire up. I have phillips ballasts now but cant find any other reason than the ballasts that they dont work. I have had this problem for several months but didnt really deal with it because I dont use my headlights too much. But now going in work early and leaving late I am using them more and more and sick of them not working every single time like they are supposed to. Any ideas or help would be appreciated
