ive had my TSX projectors and wires and stuff for a while and i finally have time to work on it - i wanted to know what the thing in the red circle is and is it possible for me to just delete it?

NO! Don't get rid of that. That's what's called a ballast/ignitor and is what's used to power your HID equipment. In fact its 50% of your HID equipment. Without it you're stuck in the dark bud!
