Default Replace 1997 ES300 headlight bulbs

Does anyone out there know how to replace the lowbeam headlight bulbs in a 1997 ES300? It looks like you have to remove the headlight, and if so, can anyone tell me how to do that? It's an H7 bulb so you can't just unplug and replug like the 9005 or 9006 bulbs. Thanks for any help.

Easy if you have fairly small hands. You just have to reach down in there and pull off the rubber gasket, and then unclip the bulb from the housing (tension wire holding it in). Take the bulb out of its little holder and put in new one.

To remove the headlight its pretty easy. Open the hood, remove that black plastic cover by popping those tabs (keep them safe). Take a philips and unscrew the screw that holds the turn signal piece. Next use your 10MM socket wrench and undo the top nut. Take the butt of a hammer and wedge it under the corner headlamp. Wedge it out and disconnect its plug. Unscrew the remaining 2 nuts and your headlamp comes right out
