Got new HIDs. DId i get scammed?

installed them tonight. easy install but 8500 is too blue. i need 6000k

Well that's not the issue here. The person is marketing them as Philips. They may be great but that's called false advertising.

heres the deal. I spoke to the guy and he was very nice. Aparently the ballast are made by phillips but the bulbs are no name. I told him the 8500k were too blue. He said he would send me some 6000k and i could just send the other ones back when i recieved them. That is pretty good customer service.

That sounds like great customer service He didnt have to send you the 6000k bulbs but he did anyway. Let us know how they work for you.

that's awesome. i call that appropraite and professional business service. i like that.

and to me, the problem is the 8500k temperature, that's so blue and not good to light up the street, and make your eyes so tired over time
