Default factory HID problem

i have stock HID's on my GS300. 99 model....i got into my car one night and noticed the left headlight flickering. i turned off the lights and turned it back on and now my left bulb will not work. i am a bit confused because factory headlights dont usually just blow like that. i was wondering if anyone had the same problem. is it the ballast or the bulb? please help. thanks in advance

I had the same problem recently. Mine actually turned a pinkish hue before they started flickering, though.

If it's flickering, your bulb is done. Time to buy some new ones, friend.

Ebay my friend! You can find a set for under 65.00 shipped for Philips or Osram OEM bulbs. You have the GS, so I would grab a set of D2R bulbs.

yeah, should get two at the same time (if it's the bulbs problem) otherwise color would be off
