If it's the SC300, there are two bolts holding the headlight to the body. Remove the inner wheel fender first and then you can reach them. Then remove the top bolt visible by opening the hood. Don't forget to unclip and remove the bulbs. Otherwise, I don't know...

I do have two cars and it is the sc300 that needs the light change. By inner wheel fender do you mean the black covering under the wheel well?

Got them from the dealership for $275 each. It's a shame they don't sell the cover seperately. Having to buy the whole light assembly is the pitts but I can't see having a nice looking car without clear lights. I polshed them again. They look much better but just won't cut it for my taste.
