Default Headlight removal

So Ive read all the threads that say to remove headlight you get the last bolt underneath through the foglight hole.......

Did they forget about this being in the way? I cant get my hand up far at all, i guess if i was 5 years old? I dont get it......

+1 on the fender plastic....just reach in there with a socket wrench and extension through the wheel splash guards and you should be able to get it with no probs.
