Default Adjusting light output height on SC400

Say you are facing the back of the passenger's headlight assembly. To lower the light cutoff line, do you turn the screw ( the long enlogated one) clockwise or counter-clockwise?

I don't know which way to turn, but if the bubble goes towards the firewall the lights are pointing up. And down if its closer to the front of the car.
