Question Sylvania lights

Has anyone had any experience with these? I hear great things about them... but I went to pick some up and there were the cool blue and the silverstar (sp?).

so you would stick w/ the silverstar? How do they look? Are they really white w/ a blue tint? or just alot brighter than normal?

I as well as INdypwr used to have them before we switched over to HID's. I ended up using them for my IS300 fog lights and it comes out really bright!! Almost a goldish yellow! Overall the Silverstars are well worth 20.00 a bulb!!

Talking Silverstars are awesome

I recently purchased the Silverstars a couple of months ago and they make a huge difference on the road!!!!! Yeah, they are a bit pricey but they are definitely worth it. I compared them with my friend's Acura TL and they are just as white and bright as his Xenon's, which was a real shock to me!!! If you have reflective lamps on your ride then they will look white, but if you have projector lamps then the lights will look yellow. My friend's Integra had projector lamps and they didn't look white at all on his car. I hope this helps.

Thumbs up

no.no.no...see, these guys kind of confused you a little bit. the silverstars dont come out yellow.
lexusaristo put these bulbs on is300 fogs (which alrdy had yellow projector lens) and thy turned out
to be brighter yellow. if you put these bulbs on yr headlights, the lights will come out more of a white but no "blue". of course, it will be much brighter than yr stock and trust us, you will like it a lot!
if you save up later on, like around 350-600 bucks, you can always upgrade to the hid kit like the ones that
bmw and benz have factory.

buy the bulbs, thy're only 20.00 each and post some pics!!
good luck

YESSSS, in my opinion they are well worth it, if u have an advance auto near u, they had them on sale.
i have had mine maybe 2 months now and i'm well pleased with them. my friend has a 99 gs4 and he said if he didnt have hid w auto leveling he would get them. so that sealed it for me
