headlight alignment

Default headlight alignment

I have a 1995 ES 300. The low beam headlights appear to illuminate about 20 feet in front of the vehicle. We have adjusted the headlights as per the owners manual, but it has not helped. Any suggestions on this situation? Thanks in advance.

the headlights suck. i have the same problem.
