Default Piaa bulb problem on '98 es300

Hi,

I just bought Piaa Xtreme white h3 (55w) and put on my '98 es300 fog light.
Then I ignited engine and turned on the fog light but .
So I checked the fuse then I found the fuse for fog light was burned.
I changed fuse then try again but new fuse was burned also.
I do not know what was wrong.

What do I have to do?
Is there anybody who is using Piaa Xtreme white h3 on fog?
Do I need any special fuse?
In case these bulb do not work on my '98 es300, which bulbs are the best for fog & headlight regarding HID look & stability?

Please help me.

Thanks........

Sounds like you have a short-to-ground problem. You will need to check the foglight circuit for it.
