Hi,

I just bought Piaa Xtreme white h3 (55w) and put on my '98 es300 fog light.
Then I ignited engine and turned on the fog light but .
So I checked the fuse then I found the fuse for fog light was burned.
I changed fuse then try again but new fuse was burned also.
I do not know what was wrong.

What do I have to do?
Is there anybody who is using Piaa Xtreme white h3 on fog?
Do I need any special fuse?
In case these bulb do not work on my '98 es300, which bulbs are the best for fog & headlight regarding HID look & stability?

Please help me.

i use PIAA Crystal ion yellow fog bulbs for my ES300, H3 size 55w as well, they work. The only problem i have is i think i misaligned one of the bulbs, so when i get the chance i gotta go adjust them to make them point the same level.

 

its not the brand... lol..

the fuse is blowing because theres a short somewhere... make sure you connected the bulbs properly

 

My PIAA Xtreme Whites in the fogs of my '01 ES are working fine. I installed them with no problems from the fuses or the bulbs. As HoeBag has mentioned, you might have a problem with the fog light circuitry. Perhaps a little dirt or water got into the socket of one of the bulbs...

 

I also have piaa extreme h3 on my 97 es. didnt have a problem during installation..
yesterday I put some razo ultra whites on my low beams,they are pretty sharp except now the piaa fogs look out of place (not bright enough)...I would like to go with a yellow fog light. so does anyone know if the 00,01 fogs are interchangable? I like the mirror look they have to them(or like someone once called them "jeweled'')
