Default Invoice Pricing for LFAs

I previously looked for invoice pricing for LFAs and came up empty

I looked again today and got a hit, $342,075 invoice for a base car (looks like this includes delivery an gas guzzler tax)

http://www.nadaguides.com/cars/2012/...onal-equipment

From this info, there is over $30k in profit per unit for the dealership before getting into secret hold backs, etc.

Interesting. Does this imply that dealer-owners got their LFA for less than or at invoice?

The delivery figure may be incorrect (using a std plug value) as we know the special shipping was around $2400

Thanks for posting this S2000, I was under the impression that Lexus Corp (regional) were selling the cars, and dealers makes very little for signing up the customers. Perhaps this was added to help move the US allocations?

This is way off the mark (like, not even in the same ballpark) as I've heard from multiple internal Lexus and Lexus-affiliated sources, so I don't put much weight on it. None of the options prices have been filled in either, so I'm skeptical of where the numbers came from.

Agreed. Like KBB, NADA pricing are just educated guesses...not true actual value. Lexus does not provide NADA or KBB with these values.
