Didn't I say she was on the list? I heard from somewhere that she was getting a pink LFA.

 

I will say this; from a marketing/branding perspective, IMHO it is good to see a celebrity drive or associate with the LFA as long as they don't do anything stupid or crash the car. It widens the car's appeal as well as the brand's appeal among mainstream and especially younger people.

However, if Hilton has in-fact bought an LFA, I wonder for what reasons Toyota approved her as a buyer?

 

If Paris Hilton bought an LFA, good luck with the brand. That's sort of like when Britney Spears "bought" an SLR. Both may be fashion opinion leaders but both are regarded as the complete opposite when it comes to cars. So many of you think of the established exotics as the "posers brands" as some have said, well nothing will actually do that more putting the LFA in the hands of someone like that. If those established brands thought that someone like that would help sales, they'd have given them cars a long time ago. It's when real automotive opinion leaders actually go out and spend their own money to buy an LFA (no celebrity discount) that you end up getting the desired result. Pray that she buys a pink Prius instead.

It's one thing to paint a car after the market is established. It's an entirely different matter when you're trying to build a product image. That SV BTW, as are some of the others are a wrap.

I like her new less slender physique. She looks much better than the last time I ran into her in Miami Beach.

She's a good candidate because she is seen driving her cars. In Miami Beach she used to stop by my local Starbucks, and I've also saw her in a restaurant where she was valet parked.

 

Her present was a Pearl Yellow LFA. What number it is...we have yet to find out:

 

Isn't that the prototype?? When was that delivered?? The batch of LFAs you posted did not have a yellow LFA arriving??

 

There were a few more LFA's that have arrived since that first batch. They're coming in slowly but surely.

 

Are we even sure that this is not just one of the prototype cars? The OP says "the LFA hung out", which could mean temporary, not "paris received her LFA". Plus it says shes filming a show (product placement) and to be honest, pink seems to be her color.

Either way......Thats hot.

 

Yeah you can clearly see her wearing a microphone. And since we on ClubLexus know exactly what production cars are in the states and what colors they are... this must be the preproduction car making a publicity stunt.

Which makes me sadder to be honest... Lexus get this car away from her!
