I recently purchased a 2016 ES350 non-ML, no-mapping audio system, and when I answer calls or make phones calls using bluetooth or USB cable, the other party can't hear me. Initial thoughts before I go to the Lexus dealership? I assume either the 3 vent looking slots above the rear view mirror or maybe the holes near the SOS button/safety connect house the OEM microphone?

I didn't receive any responses but assume that if I put in lexion carplay system and display that I can hook an external mic up when doing that?
