Connecting stock amp
I just bought a amp off ebay and the serial number matched my old amp and everything so i went to go plug it in and still didn’t get no sound i feel like i got scammed i contacted the seller and he said the amp was tested i paid 530 for the amp so it was cheaper than the refurbished but I don’t know if it works or not I tried everything i wired tapped my line converters to the sub wires and my remote to the white wire for my aftermarket amp and I don’t know if i gotta unplug that then try it or did i get scammed ? Even unplugged battery and still nothing can someone give me advice

I am planning on doing something similar. I looked on ebay but was planning to purchase a refurbished one from someone with great reviews. I assume you disconnect the battery, connect the new one, and power on again? Is that what you did and it didn't work?
Just wanted to say, I ordered a refurbished amplifier on Ebay from seller - OEMAUTOAUDIO. I was very skeptical buying this OEM refurbished amp. The amp came with the sellers phone number to help with trouble shooting and installation. I assume you have to buy from him to get his number and advice that goes with the product purchase. This guy quoted trouble shooting 5000 of this Lexus OEM type amp. This guy was extremely helpful and the refurbished am was in great shape. Highly recommended!
