Default Problems with audio dialing

I cannot call into my office voice mail, because it requires a password, and the Lexus is apparently incompatible with my office system, not allowing me to program in a password, because of the delay required in the dialing string. Lexus says that the inability to dial when passwords are required is so uncommon that they don't have a solution; it seems that they really mean that it's uncommon enough that they don't need to find a solution. I'm posting here to see whether others have the issue, and will flag it as well with their dealers. Some dealers know about the problem, but none can fix it. Thanks in advance for any help in raising this issue.
