antenna problem

antenna problem
When I turn on or turn off car I can hear the antenna motor engaging and running but the antenna does nothing. Do I need new motor? New mast? Any thoughts? Thanks

Need a new Mast - Easy fix!
You need a new mast, the plastic grip strip that helps retract and extend the mast, has worn down. It's an easy fix. I have done about a half dozen of these fixes. And you can get a new Mast for $25.00 of off Ebay. If you need more info on Mast and fix, PM me, I will be glad to help!
