Default cost to replace speaker ?

Does anyone know what the cost would be if i went into the dealer or a audio shop to have the front dash driver side speaker in my 2007 es350 replaced this is the one that has the BT phone speaker from what i understand.
I am going to get a used OEM speaker on Ebay or a New one cheaper on Ebay or amazon then what it would cost ot buy one at the dealer but do they have to take the dashpad out to get to it or do they just pop the speaker grill up and out and replace it like that ?
trying to find out what it will cost in labor for them to do the R&R

They only have to pry up the speaker grill and can remove the speaker, something you could likely do yourself.
