This isn't exactly what you are looking for but it will work. Instead of going into the back of the plug, this just taps the wire with a needle and the cap secures it. You can't even tell the wire had been pierced when removed. I used these for my backup sensing wire for the rear view camera in my 4Runner. What dashcam are you installing? I Just finished my dashcam and radar install. All I used was "add a circuit" which i tapped to the ACC fuse.
I haven't decided yet.. probably a Falcon 170

The other thing you can do is just tin the wires. Add heat to the wire from a soldering wire and then touch the solder to the wire. It will pull the solder in and make the wire very stiff. You can then just push that into the harness.
