After syncing my IPod Classic with ITunes my SL2i is no longer working in my 2007 Lexus RX 4ooh. It used to show up as CD2 on the head unit. Now it doesn't show up at all. If the iPod is playing you can hear it on AM, FM 1&2, and CD. In the background you can hear what's actually playing on AM, FM or CD. What needs to be done to correct this.
